I wonder if Elizabeth died between 1891-1901.  There is this one but the age is out.

The couple appear to have had

Eliza 1839
Emma 1841
Teresa 1847 never marries dies 1934
George 1849
Bertha 1851
Ellen 1854
Maria 1857

There is a son John on the 1851 census born @1833 with birth place Howden

That death appears to be in the right area as they seem to live in the Ecclesall Brierlow Registration District. There is another around the same date but in Sheffield Registration Disrict. I prefer the first.

GRO births have a

Teresa Hill Jun 1847 Sheffield with mothers name Thompson

so Iscaca must be her!

Teresa is on her own in 1901 & 1911

possible death in 1934 age 86

I think it's got to be Teresa she is the nearest being born in 1847 looked at familysearch at same 1891 record and they did not even attempt to transcribe it, just down as child Hill born 1847

I think that River Trig could be Rivelin

Is this the 1841 census you have?

The address is Trinity St

Thomas Hill 31 Journeyman tailor
Elizabeth Hill 30
John Hill 8
Sarah Hill 5
Eliza Hill 2

Could you please post the census you have as I’m struggling to find them apart from the 1841 and possible 1891.

I think River Trig says River Brig - I have often seen Brig in Yorkshire for Bridge.  Not that this helps as I've never heard of it! I am still trying to find one local place to me known as Wire Brig.  Perhaps the enumerator wrote Rivelin originally and couldn't read his own writing.  Rivelin does sound a possiblity.
