NAI and Virtual Treasury Project to Release 1841, 1851 and 1881 Census Returns!

Citing unprecedented advances in AI technology and capabilities, the Virtual Treasury Project and NAI today announced that they have successfully recreated the previously destroyed individual census returns from 1841, 1851 and 1881.

The newly restored returns will be made available on the NAI website in "early 2024".

Well known Irish genealogist Claire Santry has welcomed this development as "the best news for Irish family historians since 1922".
