Well the 1918 death is most likely her. Maybe someone was impersonating her or ??

In which paper did you see the ads

1923 Leytonstone Directory (on ancestry) has Miss H. S. Hutt at 10 Fillebrook Road

1927 entry says "see advert", which appears to be this one (if you have ancestry)

There was an interesting one in Dartford  (b 1870) but she was married .
