Email a local radio station to ask if they will broadcast your request. 

Contact a local newspaper with your request. My father was looking for a cousin;  using an address on a marriage certificate from 60 years earlier he emailed the local newspaper…..a reader was still in touch with the family! Dad back in contact with his cousin for the last few years of his life.
