mum Priscilla and Dad Thomas

Cant see him in 1891 or see a reported death

Yes, I also think he is probably Ernest.
He is with the family in 1901 and 1911 census, and married, age 40, in Feb 1921 to Lily Whitley.
1939 reg has his birth - 15 Jul 1880
