UK, World War I Pension Ledgers. Help needed please. Irvin Lockwood.
« on: Wednesday 05 April 23 19:36 BST (UK) »
Good evening, I recently purchased a "WWI Silver War Badge" on the off chance the recipient is connected to my Wife's family tree.

On searching records I have found out it was awarded to Irvin Lockwood, badge number B25611, and from Medal Index card and Service Medal and Award Roll records that he was a member of the Duke of Wellington's (West Riding) Regiment with the Regimental Numbers of   5669, 203958.

I was wondering if anyone has access to World War One pension records, and is able to see if he had any next of kin mentioned, this would hopefully help me in my further research.

Many thanks as always for reading my post, and my very best regards always.

Frank.

There's also a stamp saying 'Dead' which is then initialled and dated 23/06/1924, if that helps.
