If your friend thinks there is any chance that Henry Edward Ives in Acton is the missing Edmund Harry, they may have to fork out for the 1903 marriage certificate to Florence Fanny Green (unless something else turns up)

E is on the 1921 census at Welldon Cresent Harrow but no sign after that.

Elizabeth Ives at number 98 Welldon Crescent on the 1921 electoral register. Not listed there the following year.
