Thanks for all the replies. I'm trying to calculate what Council Band a new build £600,000 house will be in. Wales calculation is different to England, as it's based on the value of the property 1st April 2003. It's in Llandudno, North Wales

Ah, Llandudno - so quite a popular location, and prices might be a little inflated.  :-\

Have you tried Rightmove - Sold prices?

I moved into my house in 1995 as a new build, and it is listed.
