I can't help but this will bring it back up the board in the hope that Dave will see it. He's great at German records.
Good Luck.

I've started with the second document, because that's the easy one. There's however one issue with my translation: I'm not sure if I understand the first part of line 7 (allergnädigst erthelt vor den ist). Two possibilities:
His father did not give him permission to marry, but the Kurfürst gave him dispensation.
or
His father eventually gave him permission.

I think the first document will shed light on this matter (but it's harder to read).

Januar 1863.
... Justiz-Ministerium
...

After the supreme resolution of His Royal Highness the Elector the requested dispensation of Johann Friedrich Christian Schoenbeck in Antendorf from obtaining his father's consent to his marriage to Charlotte Hebeler from Treysa is hereby granted(?); so the court authorities and everyone else who is concerned have to pay attention to this.

first one
My transcription is not accurate yet, I fear. Dave may be able to correct where necessary.
Therefor I'm not going to give a full translation.
I can tell you what's this letter about.
The mayor of Antendorf states that Friedrich Schönebed is a member of the community and, being the village tailor, can earn a living for himself and his future family. The purpose of this letter is to allow Friedrich to marry Charlotte Hebler from Treisa.

A great job indeed.

In line 7, it reads ... erthelt worden ist ... and I'm sure it makes complete sense to you now.
