Catching up
I presume Joseph Johnson was Priscilla's brother in law not brother
Unless she married a Johnson.
Your earlier question about when Ghanaians arrived in the Bahamas: probably before the slave trade was abolished, unless they were brought there illegally. I can't picture a lot of free movement between black Africans and the Bahamas until very recently. Of course British officials and citizens may have travelled back and forth.

On that 15 Jan 1915 arrival of Estelle Davis, Priscilla Johnson, and William Johnson - Priscilla's brother Joseph Johnson, her contact person, was in Nichols Town, Bahamas. The location might come in handy later.

here is Lula (Bethel) Johnson's first trip to the US. But before they asked for contacts in the previous country:
Arrived 17 July 1907 at Miami, from Nassau 16 July 1907, schooner Hattie Darling
Lula Johnson, 23, married, cook, last residence: Hatchet Bay, destination: husband Thomas L Johnson, born: Hatchet Bay
Jane Bethel, 33, married, wash woman, last res: Cove, Gregory Town, destination: husband James I Bethel, born: Cove, Gregory Town
neither had been in the US before
I don't my link to ancestry will work. I couldn't convert Bbart's to my format. But the record was easy enough to find.

Edit: this might not be him.
Likewise, Thomas' arrival, if correct, was before they asked for contacts in the Bahamas. This might be him:
Arrived Miami 23 November 1906, from Nassau 21 November 1906
Thomas Johnson, 29, last res: Cove, Gregory Town, destination: brother Joseph Johnson. born Cove, Gregory Town
may be travelling with
George Johnson, 26, of and born in Cove, Gregory Town, destination: cousin Joseph Johnson
however on the same page is
London Johnson, 23, of and born in Hatchet Bay, destination: brother Thomas L Johnson.
so take your choice.
And it must have been a tougher sail in November than in April.
