Sister Frances Elizabeth died unmarried in 1867 address given as Belitha Villas which was address in 1851 ( wasn't clear to read on census).

 Another sister Lucy Heald Matthews married in 1868 to
 William Kelshaw Milnthorp the brother of Alfred.
Lucy died in Yorkshire in 1881.
 Still cannot see them in 1861.

Age is out but there’s a Mary Ann Matthews age 16 servant born Islington in 1861 Islington.

 The probate list gives Elizabeth Matthews spinster aunt for Frances Elizabeth.

 There are photos for Belitha Villas if you Google.

 Have found the house in 1861 but no Matthews family there.
 Head of house is John Saunders.

In 1875 an Alfred Milnthorp is described as "a farmer and maltster of Greenfield House, Tollerton" (York Herald).

Checking Streetview, there's a "Greenfields" and the Malthouse now "Malt Kiln Holiday Cottages".

I use FindMyPast. The reason I can't find Lucy Maria Matthews in 1851 is because the Folio 275 is missing. If fact the Folios from about F260 to F305 are all missing. If some could give me the address where she lived that would be useful.
