To be clear, the "Family Trees" feature mentioned here is the ability to make your own tree. It is possible to browse public family trees using the library edition.
Knighton in Huntingdonshire and Northamptonshire
Tweedie in Lanarkshire and Co. Down
Rodgers in Durham and Co. Monaghan
McMillan in Lanarkshire and Argyllshire

Using Ancestry at Liverpool libraries all the features you would expect to use are available including viewing public family trees, Ancestry collections such as various baptism, marriage and burial records, census records, 1939 Register, some electoral registers, some directories etc. There are some exceptions with Find My Past in Liverpool libraries some collections are not included.

The basement of the Society of Genealogists should have the Ancestry Library edition. It was in 2004 when I looked at my 2xgreat gran in Bow, London in 1871 census aged 7, and her birthplace was listed as "Sussex" which shocked me, when future censuses always said London Stoke Newington. However I knew by then birthplaces were not always accurate but the birth cert (I later obtained) backed up the Sussex birth.

Her 6 year old sister was said to be born London. I found out the family moved to London when great great gran was a baby.
