Hello Talacharn and many thanks for all this help . You are some sleuth!. it seems we have opened a can of worms reg Derek's situation. Yes! you are right with Derek's Parents Alex Claude Hender b 1902 in "Devon" and Ivy Aslett b 1902. So we are on the right track so far. I can't make out why Derek had admin for a London Death when burial was in Devon ?. Maybe it was in the Hender Family grave?. After 1932 there is no Census info available for me to find him. Anyway i did not know Derek had a Brother . I won't go down that research in case relatives are still alive. Many thanks for your research .

Hender seems a Devon name with a few others scattered around.
As with my last comment, he is buried alone, or at least the only one mentioned on the headstone. That would fit with a divorce and not remarrying. I have sent a PM with his nephew.

That is strange. His first wife married Alan G Haley. Did Alan's wife or sister marry Derek?
