Need help deciphering this WW1 record please.

Hi all.
I am hoping someone who is very familiar with UK WW1 records might be able to give me some insight into a WW1 record.
The record is on ancestry and I would need to send you a link to help me. But it has confused me as it looks like someone who is born in 1893 has military service in 1904/5, then signed up in 1914.
It indicates at that young age they also went and served in India.
Could this have been through a mililtary school or reform school as they would only have been around 14 years of age?

I hadn't originally as it is from Ancestry and wasn't sure that I was able to. But here it is anyway.

He was aged 21 on attestation in May 1904 so born circa 1883 (not 1893).

Okay, so it was just a transcription error with birth year. Not the person I am after then, but would be his uncle - so still of interest.
