An Abraham Binns married Susanna Burrough at Bradford on 02 March 1684, so could this be their marriage? Bradford was about 10 miles away. Perhaps he was the Abraham who married Elizabeth Wright in 1656 and who was widowered in 1679.

Remember that at that date the parish of Bradford extended almost as far as Oakworth, and included Haworth, which is the next village to Oakworth. Haworth had its own church and registers, though at some periods events from the outlying churches' registers were also copied into the Bradford Parish Church registers. I'm pretty sure that Haworth folk would have been able to marry in Bradford rather than Haworth, if they wished, without needing any licences or other special permission etc.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
