I can't find Tebly either, but mother Emma was born 19 December 1834 and baptised 24 February 1835 at Shrewsbury Methodist Chapel. Parents were Thomas and Ann Bolter. I can also see baptisms for siblings Sarah born 1831 and Ann born 1837, both baptised 1837.

Emma appears in the 1841 Census with her parents and the two siblings mentioned above plus a brother Thomas. In 1851 they are still in Shrewsbury but the family has grown with four more children, one of whom is Henry born 1849. Emma's birth year is 1835 in 1841 and 1836 in 1851.

I cannot find the family in 1861 but in 1871 she is now Emma Boulter born 1848. She is living at Medlicotts Buildings, the address she gives on her wedding certificate. She is with mother Ann and brother Henry.
