Note that Bagillt was part of Holywell parish at that time. I've had a look at the online parish records for Holywell during your time period.  They are a little mixed and I have only found  two Mather marriages where Bagillt is mentioned :

27 May 1776 Thomas Mather and Mary Nuttall

22 June 1782 Samuel Jones and Elizabeth Mather

There may be others but it would mean searching all of the Holywell records.

Can you give some first names of those that you are interested in.

Familysearch ( https://ancestors.familysearch.org  )  might have a listing. It is free to search.

I've just checked  the Clwyd FHS listings of booklets for each BMDs of each parish and the earliest ones for Bagillt marriages, as a separate listing, start at 1841.

Thank you for the link which I've just searched.  I'm now interested in the factory in North Wales 1835 Caerwys: Paper manufacturers: Mather & Roberts Holywell & Bagillt: Lead Smelting Works: Mather & Co., Dee bank

One of the relatives that I'm  looking for was Thomas Parry b.1789 in Caerwys married to Ann Maria Mather b.1792 in Clwyd.

Does anyone know if the Mather in Mather & Roberts factory was my relative, did he own it or did he just work there?

Any snippets of information would be appreciated.

Just seen your reply Gadget - sorry for the overlap.  Unfortunately the people I'm looking for are all earlier than 1841.  Thanks for looking for me.

Have you tried searching Welsh newspapers on line
