A tricky one this time

A William t Lewis b September 1911,  could be Cardiff glamorgan Wales or monmouthshire Wales, 

I am trying to find his parents 

Please if anyone can help I would be very grateful

Can you give us some more information? How have you arrived at him.

There are 7 possible registrations in those two counties showing using FreeBMD

2 with a third initial you might be able to rule out (NB the full names are on GRO)
Only 1 in Cardiff reg area,  but others in Glamorgan

The only other information I have that I have is that their son is  ancestry DNA match with my son,  but because he doesn't have a very informative family tree please he hasn't been on ancestry for over a year

I have started to work from the 1800's to the 1920's but can't get anywhere with that, I gathered from the sons family tree that he was born in Monmouthshire but died in 1960 in Cardiff

He is too old isn’t he?  If born end 1911.

The one I found seems to be accounted for in trees and has a 1912 birth date, not 1911.

Presumed wife Dorothy M. B 1913
