Check the wills of this family it will help with who's who. Cost of wills is nominal.

Matthew Uzielli died 5 October 1860 Ostend Belgium late of King William Street Regents Park. Probate to wife Therese Rosalie and BROTHERS Clement of Threadneedle Street and Theodsius of 114 Piccadilly.

(Crisp's Marriage Index Matthew Uzielli of St. Leonard Shoreditch, married Therese Rosalie Brasseur 14 February 1833 at Ostend in Belgium according to the laws of Belgium.

Clement Uzielli died 8 July 1866  (father of Edward etc.)

Eliza Uzielli widow (wife of Clement?) died 13 July 1887 probate to son Theodore

Therese Rosalie Uzielli widow died 31 December 1896

Edward's father Clement Uzielli married Eliza LOADER 24 January 1835 at West Hackney.
Eliza was of St Leonard Shoreditch by license.
Witness is his brother Theodosius Uzielli

*Edward bap  15 October 1837, married Agnes Elizabeth GADE 27 June 1861
Eliza bap 28 June 1839  Married George Edward Lane 19 September 1867
Alfred  bap 3 April 1842  married Susan Bart/Burt 23 August 1866, Hailsham Sussex
Theresa  bap 19 May 1844  married Richard Percival Jefferson 16 August 1866, St Matthew Islington
Theodore  bap 13 October 1850  (civil reg mother maiden name Loader), married Mary Grace Huggins 30 September 1875 St John Hampstead. Witness Eliza Uzielli
has to be his mother as sister Eliza was now Eliza Lane.

When Clement Uzielli married in 1835 an article in the London Packet and New Lloyd's Evening Post 30 January 1835 decribes him  as of the Propagative Office, Doctors  Commons  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctors%27_Commons

The St James Chronicle 29 January 1835. Married 24 January at West Hackney Church, Mr Clement Uzielli of the Prerogative-Office, Doctor's Commons, to Eliza second daughter of E Looder Esq. of Stoke Newington.

Marriage register has Loader.

 On the 7th instant at St Peter's Belsize Park by the Rev. S W Tidswell  M.A., Vicar of Tring and brother in law of the bridegroom, George Arthur eldest surviving son of John George Bone of Tunbridge Wells to Florence Beatrice eldest daughter of the late Edward Uzielli.
