Looking for how he got to North America, Kozlowski from Kremenets, Ukraine 1800s

Grandfather emmigrated to Ontario, Canada from Ukraine or Russia. No year or passage of Emmigration. Info: Kazimierz (Casimir) Kozlowski, Born 1878 Krements.  May have had an Uncle in Canada or USA that sent passage.  No Idea where he landed, USA or Canada. Eventually resided in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. Married Agnieszka (Agnes) Bemben 1914 in London, Ontario, Canada.

Do you have the family in the 1921 Canadian census? This should tell you his immigration year.
On his 1914 marriage certificate, are there witnesses that might be related to him? (i.e. might be his uncle)
