I think this is the marriage of Thomas Stein and Margaret,  but as her surname is incorrect I can't be certain.

The NSW bdm doesn't seem to be working at this very moment, however Ancestry has transcribed their marriage as Thomas STEIN and Margaret J WILCOXON, registered at Liverpool (Sydney) 7890 in 1897.

Thank you for all this information,  I knew that there were descendants of the Cheshire Wilcoxon family in Australia but never expected to find so many. There must be lots of many times cousins around. 🙂
