Chaundys Place Oxford

Hi all

Hoping someone may be able to help here. Im looking for any photographs that include 7 Chaundys Place Oxford.

It was a lane off Paradise Square during the 1960s when it made way for the Westgate Shopping Centre. Ive had a look at the Heritage Oxford site but there is only 1 image that shows the road in to the place itself

Reason for asking.. I was born there. Number 7, front bedroom first floor (they had 3 floors)

The Oxfordshire County Council site has a pretty decent archive of old photos of Oxford, but I couldn't find anything quite like what you're looking for with a simple search:

Thanks Gallicrow, Ive had a good mooch on that site, some lovely images but as you say none that match

Hopefully someone who was resident in that area may have something!

Have been checking for street plans of Paradise Square in the absence of photos. Again, pretty slim pickings!.

The '78 drawings don't define houses/layout within the square. Tab down to first plan ON79306.
