Owner of house in Spalding

Thanks for all your help.  I have accessed information about the address in question on the Land Registry website and obtained a copy of the Title from 1918 which has confirmed one thing about the ownership of this property, but not quite what I was expecting.

I can see no more online till 2006 and so I have raised a question in the hopes they can provide me with more info - especially around some covenants which do not show digitally.

Of course through Census and Electoral Rolls I can see the occupants, but this is tied up with a bequest in a Will establishing a Life Estate in the property, which is something new to me.
