Catherine is still at the Three Horseshoes in the 1921 census:

Excellent!  Thank you again champ.  I found a Frank Dunn on the FreeBMD June Q 1933 aged 46 St Thomas.  I think it might be my Frank, who was born in 1887.

Can't see anything for Seth after 1932. Maybe he went overseas.

In the 1931 bankruptcy hearing he said he'd been working as clerk on various building works in Devon and Cornwall since 1927. We don't know what he was doing between 1921 and 1927.

I wondered if this was the same Seth Dunn as the one who travelled to Singapore in September 1922 on the City of Tokio. Aged 40, an engineer. Singapore papers also report the arrival of a Seth Dunn on the Melchior Treub in July 1923.

Food for thought, draughtsman to engineer?  He may have lived out his life in the Far East.  He didn't live in Australia or New Zealand as far as I can determine, his only family left after 1933 seems to be his sister Beatrice Hurford.  Something to pursue.  Thank you again for all your detective work.

No John, not conclusively, I assume they were separated if not divorced, I have can find references to desertion claims that I can't read as I'm too stingy to pay ;D

If and I say if Florence Rose Tucker is the daughter of William & Selina Tucker she can be found in 1911 as Rose Dunn born c1883 Exeter Devon, married 7 years with her parents and a possible son Harold Tucker.

Married 7 years no children.

Harold Tucker aged 6 is presumably a nephew.

Then, John, I'd say that is her.  The reference to a possible annulment is 1909, and the Florence Rose Tucker born in 1883 is the daughter of William & Selina.  Harold is potentially not the son of Seth Dunn.  Well spotted, and thank you so much for your eyes.
