DANIEL -On the 21st inst at The Elms, Forton EDWARD the beloved husband of ELIZABETH DANIEL aged 65 years Interment St Michael's Chirch, Cockerham, Saturday 1pm. Relatives and friends plase accept this (the only) intimation.

and search the 1939 register for Edward Daniel and though FindMyPast transcript (not checked Ancestry) has The Elms on 'Winder Lane", if you look at the image  I believe it actually says Wallace Lane (ditto'ed from The Homestead 4 households prior to this entry.

I just checked the 1911 Boo and the transcript on Find My Past has the address as The Elms etc. so is the right one.

Beginning to get a few names for this address now.

In 1901, the address for the Gerard family is Wallace Lane. Simon Gerard is a farmer.
