Can anyone help read this document? I believe its a birth or baptism record?

Johanne Sophia Louise.
+ Tochter-brüder lebt.

Carl S. from Antendorff and his wife Sophie Regine, née Warners, had their twins (boy & girl) baptized on 25 May. Born on the 23rd of the same month at 5 pm. Godparents J.F. Pfingsten from Antendorff and S.L. Gelle.. from Altenhagen.
Son was named Christian Ludewig, daughter Johanne Sophia Louise.

last line: mark followed by daughter-brother lives (no idea what is meant by this)

Names of the godparents are unsure. Godfather's name can be right, but godmother's name eludes me.

I think the mark is a cross, maybe indicating that the daughter died and her brother is living?

This is a possibility, but I guess this didn't happen during the baptism itself?
The writing looks different and could've been added later.
The same mark is right to the mother's name. Maybe she died too shortly after baptism?
