She is not with them in 1911.

Address is 16 Great Eastern Buildings, Bethnal Green.

There is a school admission record, 1.10.1900

Ethel Spencer
Date of birth 3.9.96
Parent Chas
Address 16 Gt Eastern Bldgs

So a slight difference in date of birth there.

There is a bit in the Cambridge Daily News, 19 Dec 1986. I don't have access, and the free text is a bit messed up

Worship (the Mayor?) there
Ethel with Santa? Photo?

I feel we (you) have nailed Ethel Brown and I am reasonable sure that Emma Gawthrop is her mother as she moved from the Spencers  to Histon.

I found the article in the Cambridge News.
Can't be too many ladies living in Cambridge in 1986 age 90.
