Hi
Just to say the marriage was in Shifnal.
Joseph Colliers Will of Wellington ironmonger (£300) made in 15th June 1815 mentions Bartholomew Masefield of Horton in the parish of Shifnal and Joseph's brothers and sisters George a mercier of Wellington ,William ,Thomas ,Ann Rushton wife of Thomas a farmer,Elizabeth Collier and two nephews John and Robert Collier.
William gets £25 .As he is a ironmonger in Shifnal in 1810 on his marriage this seems a big coincidence.
The family were children of Joseph and Ann Collier.Joseph senior's Will 1808 for £5000 lives mostly to his wife Ann and son Edward.
Joseph 1745- 12.11.1807 Wellington and son Joseph 1775-29.9.1815
Children I can see baptised at Wellington for Joseph and Ann-John and Joseph 1775,Elizabeth 1778,Robert 1780 and George 1787/8.
No William but I'm confident Joseph and Ann are his parents. Bartholomew Masefield was his father in law and it is pushing coincidences too far that he would be the Executor of Joseph Collier juniors Will administrating a payment to another William Collier .
