No.  Catherine HORN was born 6th August 1750 at Dysart Fife.  Reference: Scotland Select Births & Baptisms, 1564 - 1950.   The HORN Family also features in Reference: Clan Forsyth Australia.

I did get his Parents from his Death Certificate purchased from Scotlands Peoples. 1861, Statutory Registers Deaths 389/28

Duncan's parents were irregularly married at Dysart, Perthshire 1st January 1778. 

The parish of Dysart is in Fife, not Perthshire. It's next to Kirkcaldy.

The minutes of Dysart Kirk Session for 1st November 1778 include the following:

Compeared John Campbell irregularly married to
Catharine Horn - produced a Line of Jan 1st 1778 - was
rebuked & dismist.
