No notification of replies

I've noticed that there is a small box alongside the list of my topics; I've just put a 'tick' in it, and this has placed 'ticks' in every box.

I'll report back if this makes any difference!

I cannot test the efficacy of the changes I've made to my profile, so could someone please post a reply to this topic so that I can find out if I've cured the problem?

Interestingly, when I go into 'Profile' and sub-section 'E-mail notification', all the 'Topic' tick-boxes are empty, so I tick them and use the 'save settings' option. I then receive an acknowledgement that my changes have been accepted. Fine - so I leave 'Profile' to do something else. If I then return to 'Profile' I find that all my 'ticks' have been deleted!

What on earth is happening and how can I return to the status quo ante?

Still without any e-mail notifications, so have just tried Erato's suggestion and been presented with a 'list' of 2 items, both of which were posted in February, 2022.

I have just, quite by accident, discovered that all the 'notification of reply' e-mails sent to me since June have been dumped into 'Junk'! I have no idea why that happened, but I hope that I have now made them acceptable in future. If anyone reading this post would be kind enough to reply to it we could test the efficacy of my would-be solution.

I hope that everyone else who complained of this problem will now be able to find the same solution. Just don't ask me as I'm not sure that I can recall what I did!
