Have been looking to see if there was a newspaper announcement for that 1968 death of Albert Myers (New Forest) - no luck so far.
Might be worth asking that question on the Hampshire board to see if someone else can pick it up.

Didn't pick him up on a UK return passenger list on ancestry - that could be worth looking for - sometimes find my past is best option ?

I haven't found his return either, I think he might have worked on aircraft as an engineer and wonder if perhaps he flew back, perhaps via the military? His return and previous separation from Ila is a mystery and none of the family here knows very much at all about his time in Canada!
