It all seems possible.
From the other thread:
Now I've been looking for details on her in Dublin as she was there in 1827 according to her brother Michaels will.

Was Michael living in Dublin or does the will indicate that she was living in Dublin in 1827?

Hi Everyone
Thanks so much for your replies.  Michael was living in Sydney NSW.  From his will it states that she, Rosetta was living in Dublin as ROSETTA WOODWORTH!

As to who her husband is I have never heard any mention of his name at all! This new lead I only found yesterday for  Rosetta re her address as being in Manchester.

So did her name change somewhere along the line. Where there any children?  Rosetta would have been born in Ireland perhaps in Kildare around 1770's/80's to early  as her brother Michael was born c 1775 and her other brother William was born about 1780.

I've attached here what I found yesterday in reference to her writing a letter in 1832 BUT when you try and find this/these letters it say's they are "missing".  NOT HAPPY.

There is one letter I did find though in reference to Michael and Rosetta which I am still trying to transcribe and understand.

Thanks everyone so much.  Hope this can be "unraveled" regards Dianna

Hi heywood.  Thank you! It is a tricky one isn't it.  With the 1841 Census could you please give me some details on that!  Was she living on her own?  Does it say born in IRELAND at all or out of the county/country.

I guess it is quite possible that her name was Woodward!  If the letter she wrote was not missing I could check!

It is interesting though with the marriage of ROSETTA BYRNE marrying in 1804 to Mr. Woodward!

Her sister Eleanor was living in London and brother William was in Woolwich.  Have details on William but not Eleanor.

Interesting that three of them were in England.  Michael was a convict sent here (SYDNE) in 1800.

I imagine communications were a bit confusing at this time as Michael was on Norfolk Island from 1800 to 1805.  The family may have lost touch for a while.  Thanks for your time. Regards Dianna

The 1841 is not a census record, sorry. It is a trade directory.
I think the other thread mentions something about her business.
I can’t see her in 1841, which is frustrating as she should be there.

Oh!  Thanks OKAY then.  So annoying when they don't appear on the census isn't it.  I know there is not too much on the 1841 though.

I thought for a long time that she MAY have been married to a ROBERT WOODWORTH who was born in Dublin, he is on the 1841 in Gloucester. I followed him for many years and never went anywhere with it.  LOL.  Just the way it goes I guess. Many thanks Dianna

Regarding the letter you have lnked in  Reply #12.

This is a quick transcript.  Needs a little further tidying but the general meaning is clear.

Pitt Street Sydney.

Mr ?Burwood?  of the Colonial Office addressed a letter to Mr R. Bourke ?…….? the property of Michael Byrne on 20th Dec 1852. No answer having been received addressed a second letter to him on the subject on 27th April 1835 to which no answer has been received .
Under the circumstances Mr Phillips begs to request an enquiry may be .?......? as to the property left by the deceased  the result  communicated to his sister Rosetta Woodworth 5 Whittle Street Oldham Manchester.

Note. In spelling Rosetta's suname the writer at first writes Woodsworth, but strikes it through a writes Woodworth
