I'm working on a French Marriage Contract and need help deciphering some words.  The writing is challenging and the copy is not 100% clear and sharp.  If anyone can help with the highlighted words in the attached snippet I'd be eternally grateful.  Thank you.

I've gone back to my 1788 French Marriage Contract and need more help, please.

I've attached several new snippets, all of which have words and phrases highlighted in yellow.  Those are the parts that have me completely stumped.
