ADDED - transcription says that he was aged 25, and that Susannah was 21.

But bear in mind that licences often gave ages such as "25 and upwards", "21 and upwards" etc, and transcriptions sometimes have just the figures without the extra bit.

Yes, I did know that - I had hoped to see a copy of the actual documents  :)
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

I can see that ages at marriage for William Dickson and Susannah Rymer have already been given to “tiptop”.
Also information from the Dade Register with William's and Susannah parents’ names was posted previously.
See here (Sept 2019):

Added:-
Probably a sister for Susannah RYMER
Mary RYMER marriage 1778 Wheldrake to George LAZANBY
(Her parents recorded as William Rymer and Martha)

Clark – Faulds – Cuthbertson – Bryson – Wilson: (Ayrshire & Renfrewshire)

Hi tip-top
I’ve just come across your request for information re William & Susannah Dickson of Langwith.

They are my 4X Great Grandparents, I am descended from their Son George.

I have researched the Dickson line back to c1700 in Langwith.

If I can be of any assistance I will gladly oblige.
