If it were me, I would have no hesitation in obtaining the death certificate as there is now  possible/probable back-up!  BUT don't let that pressure you, as I don't have any of your knowledge of William Bowden, nor do I know how the cost of £7.50 would affect you.  Good luck - but please let us know how it turns out.   :)

Just wondering if anyone can find him (William Bowden) in the 1891 census?
His father had died in 1878 and his mother Louisa BELL had died in 1881.
William was born (according to my records in Sept qtr, Winslow, Buckinghamshire.
His father William Bowden was born in 1840 in Swanbourne, Buckinghamshire.

William was admitted to the Infirmary by 1900 - so what happened to him between 1881 and 1900.  Many thanks if anyone can track him down in the 1891 census.

Just to add to your last reply - he was born Sept qtr - 1861

His parents - William & Louisa married 1860 St George Hanover Sq

If his father was aged 48 in 1878 then he died in Shoreditch.  Louisa aged 50 died in Mile End

1881 he is in Mile End with his mother Louisa 45 who was b Durham City.  William is 19 b Swanbourne Bucks & is a general office clerk.

Can't see him in 1891 at the moment
