I can see all  the coincidences but without a Bapt for William Bowles Raynor to Joseph/Ann it is hard to prove they are his Parents :P

i found nottm journal
joseph raynor 1856 died nottingham of high cross street
father of the present superintendent of police aged 83 yrs
i posted a pdf of the clipping
