This was Alice Ann Robinson (step-daughter on the 1871 uk census but you can see where the Wilson surname came from) who married George Talkington - marriage was 1874 Guisborough - 9d 831

I still find the death notice a bit strange as at the time of her death all her children were alive.
All were born in England.
Thomas 1899 - 1963 Vancouver
Mary Wilson Brooks  1900 - 1976 England
Meggie Fletcher 1902 - 1967 White Rock  B.C
Lavina Blakeman 1904 - 1971 England
Christopher G 1906 - 1993 Ontario.

So Mrs. Cook has to be her sister and a mistake was made.
