« on: Monday 05 June 23 08:24 BST (UK) »
Hi All
Searching for where abouts of Crimean Medal single clasp for battle of the Alma awarded to Sergeant Stephen Huggard of Killarney County Kerry Ireland 95th Regiment of Foot he was killed in action 20th September 1854 research suggests medal was sent to his wife Alice and possibly handed down unfortunately that's where it ends he did have family one of his sons Samuel John Huggard also had an army career
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
Robert

The medals were issued unnamed, so unless you think his was sent back to have his name impressed on it, you won't find his medal among the many auctions and medal sales, but you could get a genuine medal that way. They are expensive though. Alternatively you can get a replica - just search on Google for suppliers.
