Sheep stations in the Town of Cunnamulla Queensland Australia in 1960s

"Has anyone got information about the sheep shearers in Cunnamulla in 1960s?". My Uncle Robert went out there from Liverpool to work on the stations , but then went off the radar!. I know he stayed on an aboriginal camp at some point. Thanks for any help here.
