In 1911 Herbert Waters was living with his parents in Impington Cambridge.
Later that year he married Rose Diver. They possibly had a son, Reginald 1915.

Can anyone see Herbert after 1911?

1921 I think the family, Herbert, Rose, Reggie and Freddie are at 9 Ringshall, Berkhamsted.

attested 26/1/1915, Suffolk Yeomanry Reserve Regt. at Ely
He was classed "Not being likely to become an efficient soldier (on medical grounds)" at Tadworth 26th July 1915, and discharged on the 5th August.
