So did Thomas b 1844 not survive either.
You mention him in censuses.

You can view ‘All  Rochdale’ on Lancashire opc - still can’t see a baptism for Thomas.

Thomas survived until 1896 when he died in an accident in Wapping Dock, Liverpool. He was my gt gt grandfather.

Sorry about this. Who is the brother Thomas buried in 1851 you have mentioned?

The coverage of St Chad’s on Lancs opc doesn’t show gaps. It is not detailed just the years though which might indicate that those records exist.

Sorry my mistake.

Thomas buried 1851 was uncle to Thomas born 1844.

There does seem to be a gap for burials for  the first half of 1851.

Baptism pages continue from December 1844 into January 1845. I didn’t scroll further.

Yes, I see that now in Lancashire online burials. Thomas Young of School Lane buried January 12th.

Thanks Heywood.

If he was baptised it was somewhere else.......I will look further afield.

I saw it on Lancashire burials - Ancestry but it is here on Family Search. I had to go back a few pages than the one highlighted at first but hope this works for you.
