We have now acquired Belfast court case of Peoples v. Peoples c1880s.  Ellen Peoples clearly records her uncles and first cousins; two of whom she failed to contact: Joseph Peoples of Australia and Mary Nelson of America, who were both entitled to 1/49th share of money that the court had ruled that Ellen Peoples was not entitled to receive as bequeathed.

Complicated, three Wills of her uncles all having died close in years; she was named as a beneficiary; however, she had to share.
