From QLD records it appears that Patricia Gladys Mildred ROUGHSEDGE was married/defacto to Clifford Thomas WRIGHT.

They appear together on the ERolls in 1969 at the same address:
Clifford Thomas (Mariner) and Patricia (Home Duties) WRIGHT
229 Esplanade, Machans Beach, QLD.

A few more life details on Clifford:
Born 30 November 1905 Birmingham, England.
Died 20 July 1972 and buried at Cairns Cemetery in the monumental section:
https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/162736422/clifford-thomas-wright

He also has a Service Record at tha NAA with ID photos and letter confirming he was at the above address in Cairns QLD:
https://recordsearch.naa.gov.au/SearchNRetrieve/Interface/ViewImage.aspx?B=5722283&S=1&R=0

Clifford was previously married possibly three times, two are confirmed.
He appears on the ERolls with these ladies with the surname WRIGHT also.
Married 1: Mavis Evelyn PRATT - 02/12/1931 SA #329/558
Married 2: Laurel Edith TAYLOR - 1941 VIC #387/1941
Married/DeFacto 3: Helen Braemore GUNN - QLD

Hope this helps with your research  ;D

Hi Sue
many thanks,  I have just found the Entry in Ancestry

"Australia Cemetery Index, 1808-2007 for Patricia Gladys Milfred Wright"

I was searching for an exact search for "Mildred", and I see the Entry in the Index is "Milfred",  this is a lesson for me, Do not to use an exact search.

Thank you, Cass
