The little of what survives is on the National Archives site.

You can also try the Census Search Forms

You are very lucky if you do find any ancestors listed on it. I’ve checked for Robert Scott on the 2 provided links from Sinann but unfortunately do not match your Robert.

*Edit

Where do I find the 1851 census for Monaghan, Ireland

Could you provide us more information on Robert Scott? I am happy to oblige to search for him.

Just noticed your offer of help.

Robert Scott(abt.1846) born in Monaghan, Ireland his daughters death certificate states he was from Monaghan, Monaghan.  On one record his father's name is Robert.

He emigrated to New Brunswick, Canada between 1865 and 1868, he turns up with his Uncle William (1798) and family in the 1871 census for Kings Co., New Brunswick. Church of England

Robert's two brother's Thomas & Alexander emigrated in 1885 to NB, according to family stories.

If you want to search for baptisms, in Ireland, Church of England is the Church of Ireland. The records for Monaghan town Church of Ireland start in 1802. Some years are on the rootsireland site (subscription) and there is a copy of the records in PRONI (the public record office) in Belfast.

Is this your Robert in 1871 in Hammond, Kings
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M4MN-F9N

There is also a Robert b 1810, Ireland living in Hammond. He, however, has a son Robert, 17 yrs b New Brunswick.

I have sorted the three Robert Scott's in Kings Co, New Brunswick, my Robert married Elizabeth Wilkins in NB.  Robert's parents Robert & ? remained in Ireland.

Robert (1846), my great great-grandfather, emigrated with his sister Anne, she married in New Brunswick in 1868 and died in childbirth in 1869.  She was the first wife of my 2nd. great-grandfather John William Porter.

I think I have exhausted all info in NB and I am trying to connect him to Monaghan.
