You appear to identify "Hannah Lahey, age 6, born Surrey" ('41 Census) as "Hannah Jane Tuhey" and claim it is "confirmed information". Note - I haven't checked previous threads to determine how this came about.

The '41 household includes a James, aged 4 and a John, aged 2 - who might have a GRO registration (still in its infancy). I cannot find  a birth reg to fit James but here is a possible birth registration for -
John Lahey, Jun Qtr 1839,Bermondsey, 4  28 - mother's maiden name Murphy

At the moment, this is the only John Lahey I can find in the Bermondsey area on the '41 Census..

If you are talking Tuhey and have an irish connection one of the common spellings is Tuohey/Tuohy.  Also with the handwriting and spelling being deciphered today Lahey, Leahy, Leahey could be spellings if the 'T' has been misread or vice versa.

Sorry, I have been out. I am President of a club in Tauranga, NZ and this seems to take a lot of my time so sneak in work on my tree when I can.
Have checked my tree and I see I am still awaiting confirmation of the 1841 census and Hannah being correct.
My last communication with the person helping me seems to be 2006, so maybe I had better work from Hannah's marriage back. I have the certificate so know that is the correct marriage.
I have also been able to confirm by the census that she had a brother John.
If I am correct John married Catherine Hawkes in 1863 and had the following children, William in 1865, Mary Ann in 1867, Richard in 1869, and Margaret in 1872.

I have received a P.M. from a Rootschat member who is helping me contact another researcher who has Tuhey in their tree.

Found a few items on my computer that were sent to me. Don't know where they came from or even if they are my family. Maybe someone here can find out more information

# 1.  Bapt Oct 1802. The top of the Page reads Baptism Sept 1802 and this is well down the page.

The top handwritten extract seems, to me, to say
 
Jeremiah of  Matt^w Leahey and XXXXX Coleman.

The second seems to be "Tuhey'
