In 1911 the family including Harry are in Ventnor Street, Rochdale

Hi, his birth was registered mq 1896 so may have been a late 1895 birth. An option is to purchase the birth cert to establish an exact dob that may record a death after 1969 in uk, if finance allows.

I'll see what I can do on that front. An exact date would be very useful. It is very strange though that he's not there in 1911. Have you considered the military? He'd be 16, and maybe if he got sent to India he established connections there.

FG, he is with his family in 1911 census, I cannot find him on Ancestry, but can on Findmypast and Familysearch.
