James Flett - Hannah Duxfield Reed Marriage

Good afternoon I hope everyone is well
I wonder if anybody can help please?
My great x4 Granda was James Flett, I am not sure of his parentage (I believe it was Orkney) and he married Hannah Duxfield Reed on 12th Oct 1807 at Christ Church, North Shields.
She was born @1787 in North Shields and remarried in 1834 after having at least 4 children, the last one in 1829 ,with James.
I believe James Flett may have been a Sailor from the Orkney Isles, though I have no definitive date or place of birth, date of death or indeed as I say his parentage.
Can anybody advise please of a way forward with this?
I have checked BNA, Ancestry, Family Search and The National Archives but as yet I seem to have hit a brick wall....or missed something very important!!!!!!

Do you have James Flett born 1829's M/C to confirm his Fathers name and occp?

Are you sure James was born 1829 as they had a daug bapt that year Hannah Reed Flatt

Do you have the M/C of Hannah Reed Flett to establish her Fathers Occp?

I have tried FreeREG as they have a lot of records from Northumberland but the site is down.

I was going to look at the bapts and burials but can't for now.

James Jnr noted as;
1st son. "James N. Of Strumness" "Hannah N. Of this P."
(N is native of)

James Jnr was buried 20 Feb 1831 age 19, son of James/Hannah
Abode Milburn Place

Yes I would think so.

Havent found a burial yet for James Snr but this is worth noting on F/S for future ref;
