Really need to establish estimated birth year of James Sr.

I did look at the one with parents Magnus/Catherine as a Magnus Flat buried a son James 1833 Tynemouth from memory..

Not likely to be Magnus the Father but a Son?.

This is the first chance I have had to log in since yesterday and I am absolutely overjoyed.
I didn't think I would ever find out.
There is a family story this line came from the Orkney Isles but I could never find any definitive proof.
