That’s interesting about Campbell House being visited by Prince Charles.  Yes I knew it was a place fir alcoholics.  And others.   Says something doesn’t it.   Thanks for that.   Dalek.

If he was resident at Campbell House in 1974, it is possible if he died the informant would not have known his parent's names, or other details for the death registration. Just offering suggestions that may be worth persuing ... on the NSW BDM index there are these 2 deaths with no parent's names on the index, and of course, index only goes up to June 1993:

15 May 1988 -  George Arthur ADAMS (12993/1988) died Stanmore
30 Nov 1982 - Arthur ADAMS (1029/1983) died Rozelle

Thanks Maddie.   The Arthur George at Rozelle  is not him.  Checked that out.  My informant has a death certificate of one ARthur George in NSW. No details.  But when I checked. There was no way of knowing if it was him. Record had him as buried as a Pauper.  Could be him.  But with no details. How would one know.    Thanks anyway      Dalek.

Maddee.  That Stanmore  address could be interesting.  It’s in the vicinity of the last residence of Arthur George that I know of.  I’ll check that out. As I said before. Forget Rozelle.  Not him.  I checked the death details on him.   Thanks. Dalek. X

Jo Rose.   Thanks for all that info.  His wife died in 1974 ? And is buried at centennial Park. Adelaide.  There was no records of Arthur George in her details.   Nor in his parents. Birth buried at Springvale Cemetery. Melbourne.    He had a brother Robert Leslie. Born in Prahan Vic 1916. I haven’t been able to trace him as yet. Or details on him.  Dalek.

An interesting note  about the Rozelle man is that he died Nov 30 1982 and was not interred until January 1983.

He was buried with an infant who died round the same date.

Agreed. Seems not relevant.
