Okay, I see that Sarah married Henry Pounds in 1858 and in 1861 they were living in Chaddleworth with their two children, Stephen and Elizabeth. She gives her place of birth as Weston Welford and an estimated birth year of 1831.

Likely baptism on 14th November 1831 at Welford. Father is William Silvey, labourer, and mother is Mary.

If you go to FamilySearch (free) and type in name: William S?lvey, place: Welford, Berkshire, you'll find all the census records for him and also his death records. You could add a birth range of 1795-1805 to narrow it down more.

Likely marriage to a Mary Sayer on 13th November 1817 in Chaddleworth. Indexed under Selvey. A Mary Silvey was buried on 31st March 1841, aged 41.
